Maintenance & field-service platform (Dec 2024 – present · 400 merged MRs)

Deliver features across a Vue 3/Nuxt web app, a NestJS API built on CQRS and event sourcing (MongoDB, Redis + Bull), and an offline-first Flutter app (Riverpod, Drift) used daily by field technicians.
Led multi-ticket features across web, API and mobile, from scoping with the team to release, including the outage, invoicing and AI-assistant work below.
Review teammates' code constantly, with 300+ merge-request approvals, and built a senior-level AI code-review agent that drafts verified findings as inline GitLab comments.
Plan changes with Claude Code and Cursor's plan mode; wrote a release-workflow agent skill and AGENTS.md guardrails covering auth, tenancy and migrations, and configured MCP browser tooling.
Built an AI-assistant integration that fills out job forms from what a technician types or dictates; every write goes through the existing CQRS commands, needs explicit user confirmation and is scoped to the sites the user can access.
Delivered outage management across web and mobile: register and edit history, offline record sync, one-click branded notification emails and backfill migrations for legacy data.
Improved invoicing (rollups with checkout-gated material totals, templated invoice emails) and exposed invoices and quotes to a client-facing asset-owner portal with owner-scoped endpoints.
Added server-side PDF job reports rendered with headless Chromium and delivered by email as attachments.
Shipped 15+ mobile releases (v3.6 – v3.22) through Codemagic, and got release builds back under the 60-minute limit by trimming a 5.46 GB build cache below the 3 GB cap.
Sped up mobile forms: cut rebuilds and memory leaks, scoped local queries, and added a forced-update gate for outdated builds.

Operations-log product, took ownership (Feb 2025 – Apr 2026)

Authored 150+ of its 220+ merged MRs (about 70%) on a Next.js + MongoDB product for on-site operations logs and drove its feature roadmap (Turborepo monorepo, AWS Lambda task runner, Terraform).
Built shift turnover, personnel check-in/out, standing orders and outage tracking, with timezone-aware dates across multi-site organizations.
Added audit history on logs, role-based read-only access, per-organization branded PDF and CSV exports, and scheduled email reports through SendGrid.

Lead-generation funnel (Apr 2026)

Migrated the brand and added UTM/referrer marketing attribution to a Next.js lead-generation funnel.

Internal AI chatbot (Oct – Nov 2024)

Created a reusable chatbot for the studio's project template: chat and message models and endpoints, a chatbot state manager, response handling and an admin chat interface, covered by component tests and documentation.
Added a Shopify integration and documented the vector-sync process that keeps store data searchable for the bot.

Survey & activity-matching product (Oct 2023 – Nov 2024 · 440+ GitHub contributions)

Built reusable components for creating different kinds of surveys.
Wrote the pipeline that collected group answers, sent them to an AI matcher and returned the best-fit activities from a catalog (a teammate built the embeddings).

Returns & pickup product (Jun 2022 – Oct 2023 · 230+ merged MRs)

Built scheduled cloud functions that read users' Gmail and Hotmail inboxes, parsed purchase emails into orders, line items and totals, and tracked each item's return window.
Developed return-scheduling flows in a React Native/Expo app: pickup date and time rules, address editing, label upload, promo and referral codes, a forced-update prompt and product analytics.
Expanded the React admin panel: driver management, courier integrations for pickups and shipping, postal-code coverage, in-app banners and metrics dashboards.
